Built for regulated industries, where the cost is not compliance but injuries, misdiagnosis, and slower human performance. Take a course apart that is considered complete and you can find five layers under the screen. Most training only builds the top one.

01 · Interface · where most courses stopThe course is the surface. The value is in the layers underneath: what the actual job requires, what counts as evidence of competence, what practice has to produce in a person. The instruments exist to give those layers the attention they deserve instead of the time that was left over after production.

Most of my work went into training for medical devices, the space station, and defense payroll, and almost none of it can be published. Equipment names, procedures, and client marks come off before anything goes up here. Where the original could not be shown at all, the example was rebuilt from scratch in a different domain, like the lockout scenario on the safety page. The problems, the decisions, and the numbers are the real ones.
