00 / The tools
Seven instrumentsThe parts the platform won't own

Every tool, one boundary.

Platforms keep absorbing the mechanical middle. These sit at the expensive, risky, or institutional edges: archives you can't hand over, brand standards that must stay yours, your voice on your hardware, review against your rules, and the judgment calls no agent will be trusted to make. Click a node or hover a workflow.

Silver laptop locked down with heavy chain and padlock. Screen filled with dense blue code.
01 / Why these exist

Somewhere in the last couple of years, people started handing Claude Code the small stuff. Rename four hundred files. Reformat a table. Pull the notes out of a deck. Work that takes a minute once you are allowed to ask.

In a regulated industry the menu looks different. Access came late, came with an instruction to use as much of it as possible, and then went back out of most people's hands once the company decided it had gone a little too far. Underneath it sat the rule that never moved. Course content is proprietary. None of it can leave the assigned laptop, and none of it can reach a model that lives outside the company.

So there was no version of paste it in and see what comes back. Nobody was going to rename the files for you either.

Basically, the tools had to exist without the thing they would normally lean on. AI wrote them, and there is no AI inside them. Each one runs on the laptop, opens the file, does the job and hands back the result. Pulling the narration out of a deck went from 52 minutes to 12 seconds that way.

Seven instruments. None of them has a model inside.

    OJT Form Builder

It does not build a course, so it sits outside the seven. It is here because it took a long time to get right: a form submission in, a fillable OJT PDF out, replacing a ten-step routine in Acrobat.

    Took a while.
